Scum. Should be caught and dealt with properly
I understood that if the rubbish is traced back to the householder and they can't provide the relevant waste transfer note then they are held liable. Has anyone ever been done like this? The public are their own worst enemies?
Why engage or employ these crowds to start with???

This is what i found whilst hedgecutting this morning. Gates locked and concrete blocks in front of them yet they still manage to dump s#*t. Anyone else finding this a real problem at the moment?

Did you work for sandfields? That is what we have to do now. If the gates left open then it will soon be blocked off with sh!tA couple of years ago when spraying aspargras in hartlebury I had the local transit drivers and there lovely offspring racing around the field and then dumping tree waste on the headlands and on the road , it got that bad you had to lock the gates when you were in the field .

My response would have been "I`ll get a shot in first then" and put the phone down , I bet they`d have soon turned up then.Yep, I was there for 7 long years, had 1 field next to there camp and there horses were grazing the aspagrass , if you said anything you got threatened and abused, the field by the primary school was bad as they used to wonder around it with guns after the rabbits- I even rang the police 1 day after I was threatened with a gun and they said I was pretty much on my own as they weren’t getting involved.
The photo i uploaded is from the field by the junction. Seems the worst one for fly tipping. The tyres will be moved this week and put on the roadside for somebody else to worry about [emoji16]Yep, I was there for 7 long years, had 1 field next to there camp and there horses were grazing the aspagrass , if you said anything you got threatened and abused, the field by the primary school was bad as they used to wonder around it with guns after the rabbits- I even rang the police 1 day after I was threatened with a gun and they said I was pretty much on my own as they weren’t getting involved.

They can and do.Councils can't charge householders for domestic waste disposal only businesses..
