Diff lock pedal linkage seized and diff lock partially engaged.
Follow the linkage from the pedal to the axle. The linkage will be seized at the rear bell crank or the arm that pushes the diff lock plunger will be seized.

Its deffo not IPTO, I could only find the engine speed postion on the selector quadrant, there doesn't seem to be a forwards slot for the lever to go......thinking there was an option of purely live PTO or live PTO and Ground Speed.............I will go and check again

Is the pto shaft held in with a circlip? Some were made with live drive and dual clutch with two speed pto and changeable shafts. In which case there isnt room for ground speed pto

Depends what you want to spend. Obviously ground speed parts will fit so you could find the parts from a breaker

Well I see on ebay there's some gears just come up, but mentally thinking the job through I am guessing it involves parting out the back axle and pulling it down to almost a bare casing to get it in......but then again i have never had one of these in bits before

My 565 is similar and it was in bits:

PTO part pics near the end of the page. Engine PTO would be 1000 rpm after the change to that Batmobil.
