IH 354

Hi , i have just been offered an IH 354 by a friend who is selling it from her late fathers estate . It’s a really nice little tractor starts and drives as it should , a few little bits to tidy up but generally in good unrestored condition. Question is has anyone got any ideas on value as I can’t find any other examples to compare it to ????
