What pisses both of us off is people saying " I'm Bored with it, just want it done with"
How the hell can they be bored? This issue is probably the biggest single thing to vote on, and watch unfurl, in our lifetime.
At least everyone in these threads is interested , even if we disagree. We form our opinions and discuss them.
It's true, we end up with the politicians we "collectively" deserve.
Sad isn't it?

They will have plenty of time to be bored while they are queuing up with their ration books, if no deal comes to pass.

I don't mind people do anything legal as long as they are honest.

"Defending the rights of it's people" .. does NOT preclude entrapping 65 million people from multiple other races and countries.

You might call that democratic behaviour .. I'd call that a facism. Dictatorial behaviour and racist.

MPs in Westminster have a duty of care across ALL of the UK. If the SNP MPs fail to demonstrate that behaviour it's time they were removed from a democratic chamber. The SNP already have a forum for their Nationalism in Scotland.

I have no idea what you are on about.:scratchhead:

The greater the chaos on 30/3/19, the quicker it will be sorted.
If it is just another day, it will be because our future has been kicked down the road in some no mans land of a hashed deal, deferred exit or preparations of a referendum that will cause even more uncertainty and greater divisions.

I am perfectly happy that some of you wish to laugh from the sidelines as once we are independent, we will have the last laugh.

As we did when we entered the EEC, there was no mention of an EU army, a single currency, free movement, financial union let alone political union, to carry on yoour analogy when we bought a massey 35 it was great for what we needed at the time but 50 years on it plainly isnt yet because of the rules you still have to buy whatever massey now produce yet now they tell you when to drive it, who can drive it and where you can drive it and how much you have to pay for it
If something no longer suits your needs, that's fine, change it.
However the intelligent move would be to make a plan and change to what's best. Such basic logic has not been employed in this case.

We (as a nation) have been stupid enough to have gotten rid of the 35 and now don't haveing a tractor at all, and don't know what tractor we will end up with.

It sure is an experience to be alive to witness such idiocy on all fronts.
I think it's great!

My mum is over at the mo and is saying exactly that. Mind, she is 85 so doesn't need to worry about education, business or work prospects. Just the future of health and elderly care.

BBC and the govt are in overdrive project fear today , 6 month queues at Dover and the dead will not be collected in Kent .... ffs

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-kent-46480666

The comment section makes intresting reading....

Normally its pro remain mostly but its clear that the vast majority of people including a lot of remainers are now fed upto the back teeth with the governments/BBC sprouting project fear all the time.

People just want the government to get on and take us out of the EU one way or another, they are also fed u with the uncertainty.

This whole mess is down to TM and her advisors, if she losses the vote on Tues she will have to resign as she will have no credibility left, beyond belief that the ref was 2.5 years ago and the government have hardly done any planning for a no deal brexit.

If she losses the vote on Tues then a new PM will have to go to the EU asap with an amended deal, say to them, either we agree on these terms or it will be no deal brexit and we wont pay any of the 39 billion if its a no deal brexit.

2 staunch remainers were on TV last night saying there should be another ref as the house is in limbo and cant decide on a way forward, what complete BS and when they have another vote and its still leave then what? vote no3 as MPs/ the Government will still be incapable of carrying out the wishes of the people??

Should of said to the EU on day one........
"Right. It's WTO trade rules for you lot. We're off to set up deals with others to sign off on on midnight 31/03/19".
