Just a reminder, any product containing Cyproconzole (Alto Elite, Cherokee, etc) will be off the market by 31st Dec, so if planning to use it next year get it ordered while you can
I think in the article I read alto elite has till next June till it's withdrawn from sale I could be wrong but that's how I read it in the yellow comic. you are quite right about Cherokee tho being withdrawn at the end of December.

The distributors won't be bringing any more into the country, so will run stocks down long before the expiry dates so no one in the trade is left holding unsold stock.

My agronomist mate says he can't sell Alto Elite after 31st Dec, both Alto elite and Cherokee can be used til June if on farm before 31st Dec

I'll bet there's a sh*t load available in January though ;)

I heard similar from the buying group - must be on farm by 20th June. Permitted use up til June 2020.

CTL and Epoxy going next year :(

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure epoxiconaole and chlorothalonil haven't been voted on yet by SCoPAFF. My gut feel is that epoxiconazole will go, I'm keeping everything crossed that we keep CTL.

Prothio won't be far away either - especially now the patent is close to ending.

Does make you wonder what we'll be left with....Jonathan Blake will have some work to do for his presentations! I can see his dose response curves changing (even more!) rapidly over the next 5 years.

I'm more confident that prothioconazole will be re-approved. I think this will be the only triazole which remains, but fortunately Revysol from BASF will arrive just in time to make the number of triazoles a whopping two.
