I keep thinking I pray to check ground temperature at the moment as I think it would give a very odd reading for this time of the year

Just a matter of time,in my opinion when this European cold spreads a little bit further East to us.Apart from France and us,the rest of Europe is in the freezer.Everything is in place for a weakening Atlantic flow to a dominant Easterly.Get ready for 3 months of winter from hell!
