Can someone tell me when the window opens for trading 2019 Entitlements?
Also - is there a market place where contracts can be drawn up without incurring agent's fees?

You can do it yourself with a simple contract that covers the basics and gets signed by both parties, don’t need an agent for that. You can advertise them easily enough, we have replied to folks on here who have asked if any available and done it all with no agent involvement at all.

You will not be far out some were from £150 to £180 will be about right.
Remember you will only get a maximum 90% and could be zero if things go as bad as some people think. Nobody has said what their value will be either as they won’t be linked to the euro anymore

Historically, whatever terms, deals or allowances have been allowed to fall by the wayside, there has always been an alternative on offer.
The SFP will not suddenly be terminated, without there being an alternative. The current CAP has been wantonly abused by government, and presumably with the support of the EU.
The CAP has morphed from supporting food production to giving a leg-up to those who want to carry out barn conversions, which was never the intention. The CAP currently, supports those who've bought land which has been valued upon the assessed value of the incoming Government (EU) grants and subsidies. Tenancies - and there are many, are valued at the rate of the incoming financial aid. That was never the intended, and shouldn't have been the actual use of financial support for our production of food.
Change is long overdue.

If our snake in the grass minister gets his proposals through. Then only see price going one way, UP!

Yes I do have a block to sell. From what I understand, airfields, golf courses etc. are back in the market.

No one knows when reference year will be, everyone keen to be holding full quota for when it is announced.

Anyone nearing retirement or looking to get out, needs to be holding maximum entitlements to gain full benefit from the 7 years (reducing) payment.
