Is anybody else really struggling with 2019 so far!?

Is it just me!?

No one or anything seems to be going to plan. People aren’t dong what was agreed,

Courier’s get lost and just can’t do as promised

Tricky tenants, kit breaking down, now a water leak meaning a new pipe through 100 m of hard dig.

Not a great start to the year. I’m normally upbeat but i have lost my mojo so far this year.

Can I blame Brexit!?

Wasn't going too bad until we found a previously blooming in-calf heifer dead in the yard mid morning, still warm, silage still in her mouth, no signs of any struggle or trauma, presume heart attack or similar. :(:(

We seem to have a black cloud over us at the moment, my cousin died suddenly before Christmas and mum has been knocked back by an infection which led to her seeing rabbits on her bed and Willie Nelson visiting her at night. we lost our old Jack Russel and our pet Dartmoor sheep who lived in the garden within a short time and no-one seems to be bothered about selling us things- the fence posts I ordered on the 4th Dec still haven't appeared in spite of calls and promises. And I have to finish selling the cows as the landlord is taking all the grazing land back at the end of March.
Other than that, though, mustn't grumble,

I’m not moaning but...
Moving house, farm, business the lot, along with keeping the fencing gang moving, hedgecutter running, our few sheep starting to lamb and a litter of 10 pups we have time for nothing. I’ve had to buy a notepad, the phone rings, if I don’t write it down it’s forgotten, mental capacity is full, office work heaping up, I’m praying for a wet week, stop working elsewhere and clean out our old yard and try and catch up!
