v much like at the time the next evolution of the previous 6200 range eh.
Skipped that series all together & went from 02 6290 to 08 T3 perkins 6480
still had the 6290 at the time, only sold it to buy a 2nd Sisu t3 6480 which is the only one here i still have.
Yeah that's what I like to think.

Our t3 6480 wasn't as good a tractor as t2. So much so sold t3 and kept t2. Over 10k hours now and still used every day.

Gearbox let down t3. A dyna vt might have been better tractor.

Not had any Touching wood dyna6 issues as such just the poxy shuttle on the one i still have.
been using the 7499 today leading some muck & 14t trailer.
Now its boss of that & a pleasure to use.
Bloody Cab Fan whistling away by feck that annoys me that does :mad:
I bet a one oot a Russian LADA Car is better quality

Plus one for the cab fan, if it packed up completely then I’d have to buy a new one.

Bought mine new but out of dealer stock so same problem.
At the time last two from new 6480s it was only a £120 option & priceless if you ask me.
you can do lots of jobs with no fan running, no need for A/C etc etc & no steaming windows & enjoy some fresh air
Darnt use the heater unless A/C is running otherwise fecking windows just steam up.
