Apologies for late forecast very busy!

Friday

Snow for parts of the southern and eastern Midlands, Home Counties and East Anglia. This should fade steadily through the morning. A few snow flurries may affect the coasts and hills of north east England throughout the day. Dryer in the far south of England some snow showers later over Cornwall. An area of more persistent snow may affect the far northwest of Scotland throughout the day. Feeling especially cold in the fresh to strong northeast wind in more southern areas. Highs at 1 to 4C.

Whatever your weather enjoy it!

@METJEFFUK is the longterm (3-4 wks out) outlook good/improving or are we likely to see another cold blast with snow? - i vaguely remember a forecast saying suit up for another cold march?
For the next 10 days it's looking largely on mild side unsettled at first then dry sunny frosty at night after that signs of much colder weather from the east with snow are possible but too far ahead to forecast.
