Bunch of clowns.Used to supply a local site cafe & shop with milk. Inspected our setup Ticked all their boxes,
Then at national level they hired some consultants to look at their food purchasing.
Guess what. Dumped us & buy the cheapest they could find. Bottled 150 miles away, produced who knows where.
Total hypocrites

? Not sure what that has to do with clothing
Nothing to do with clothing, just ironic that you posted a concluding paragraph that said “on the whole the NT do support agriculture and farming.”
Wake up and smell the coffee, the NT is modernising and farmers are a casualty of this new attitude whether it be nylon instead of wool for the uniform or snitching to the authorities because they don’t like the freedoms to farm of AHA tenancies!

As I said there are some idiots in the NT as in any organisation, I haven’t a clue what the breach entailed but on the whole I would rather have the NT as a landlord than many of the other big landowners

The bigger idiots are the fashionistas who drive the constant need to buy new clothes etc

Not only have I a face for radio, my wardrobe follows suit and I keep my clothes until they are absolutely worn out

I was shocked to read how some clothes spend literally days in folks wardrobes before they are chucked away

Food, clothing and the labour and materials to provide these are undervalued

I just get repulsed as much when you hear (can't remember the stats exactly) that folks keep clothes for an average of a few weeks ? I have clothes that must be twenty years old ................
