You might need to watch your terminology.

I survived........ some serious pain, some laughs and some bones cracking. £70 for 2 hours once a month is great VFM. (y)She`s off to Thailand in a month to do the higher level "inflicting pain" course. :D
Given me 4 exercises to do to sort out my IT band issues.

Another steady 30 minute and 3 second run, 340th out of a field of 550 ! Combined with Victoria Park in Leicester that made over 1,000 Park Run nutters!
And then done a 12 mile training walk today......... :inpain::inpain:

How did you find doing the 12 miles?

Surprisingly easy. We are building up 1 mile a week on the long walk so this weekends target is 13.... its the last mile heading for home that is the painful one!
Unfortunately I will be doing Parkrun followed by the 13 on Saturday this week........:)

Back in the game.............. 29m 44s....... 321st out of 500 participants. :)

Had visitors for the weekend so ended up walking round town giving them the "Richard III tour". :ROFLMAO:

Racked up another 5 miles between different venues (pubs, bars & a restaurant!) then walked home.
