Your current weather.

You lads are seriously depressing me.
Best we have had for weeks is 1.2mm here in East Aberdeenshire.
We are better than you in E Berwickshire at 25mm April and 14mm so far this month but when you take into account !st April to 1st April was 412mm 16.5" in old money its still the driest in the 35 years (average 25" 625mm) I have been here.
Right across the country rivers are very dry, as previous post stated not getting down very deep just going down the cracks into the drains.

Had arranged to shear this week, set it all up about 3 months ago, bunch of small flocks on the list and the shearer coming from hours away (we have so few around here). Now about 2 inches of rain in the past 36 hours, tons of wind, super cold (almost freezing) supposed to go on for about 10 days. No shearing.:banghead::banghead::banghead: Last week it was HOT. 80-90F. At least the grass will grow. And we won't run out of water this summer.
