Been following this thread and it’s a shame how Claas have dealt with it.

But, fingers crossed the correct parts are on their way and the project can take off again!

Read this thread with interest

and slightly off topic but I’m I right in thinking telehandlers can’t legally tow trailers on the road as they will have agricultural machine on the log book no agricultural tractor :scratchhead:

My latest Telehandler is classed as a tractor. I believe they have had to jump through a few hoops to get it classed as such.

A lot of telehandlers seem to be homologated as tractors now. Not entirely sure why but there must be a reason.

I think it’s purely to get round the towing issue.

I think when they first became popular they had no braking capability, but now I’m told they have.

I think they have had braking capabilities for a long time, if specced correctly.

But now have an updated hitch, provision for a trailer with ABS ect.
