Can anyone give me a rough indication of how much g30 or g50 chip a 500kw woodchip boiler consumes per day/week/month under full load operation please.
Thanks in advance

Thank youWe can be nearly 3tons per day on continuous load in winter. 2tons in summer.

3600kwh with a g30 w25, more would be achievable but at a cost to the boiler. So how many kWh would yours churn out in in 24 hrs using 3t?
I’ve seen a boiler supplier claim 4200 kWh is achievable from logs @ 20% which I think is a bit rich!?
Our 250kw boiler, in winter, will do 3500 - 4000 kWh in a 24 hour period. Some days 4500 kWh or more.
But I'd say it working hard at that.
Yes. Chips weighed in to hopper, boiler run on continuous load until fuel is finished, output then tallied from meter. Is that per hour, at the meter?

Ours gives about 3.6kwh per kilogram, fairly consistently, but the weight used from the boilers computer which is really a volume converted to a weight,
