My friend and I were talking about how she's never had a goat cheese that does not taste like really bad farm smell, and I on the other hand haven't really noticed this.

Could any dairy farmers here let me know if what she is experiencing is natural or could be bad Goat Cheese.

Thanks :)

Hygiene needs to be outstanding with goats cheese, and ideally you need to keep the males away from the milkers as much as possible, they are revolting. They will stand with their heads between their front legs and pee/ejaculate all over their beards, yum yum.

The only cheese I won't touch, that smell stays with you for eternity

Once you've smelt a billy goat in full stink you'll struggle to eat the cheese. It is just linked in your brain and you can detect the cheese at 20 paces.
Goats cheese is damn good value as you only need to eat one piece and you can taste it all day.
The milk is no better. When we were first thinking about starting with raw milk we visited a very small goat dairy near us. We went in for a drink afterwards, I had a black coffee but Mrs G had a tea and then had to discreetly water a pot plant with it.
