Very grown up response Henry, and you’re not offended that people should dare think of such a thing as independence? Because that’s the underlying tone on hereCarry on if thats what you want
If you want it carry on, yes I think it was a grown up response, what you think or anyone else thinks on the matter is up to you and themVery grown up response Henry, and you’re not offended that people should dare think of such a thing as independence? Because that’s the underlying tone on here
Hmm... I hope that Plaid Cymru gets to benefit from your enthusiasm, I really do, honest.Surely it must be time up on the union of the uk,and for the 4 countries to be set free. And then all decisions that are taken are for the sole benefit of those individual countries.
Tafia should have two Fs surely, two FFSHmm... I hope that Plaid Cymru gets to benefit from your enthusiasm, I really do, honest.
Out of interest, once the People's Republic of Wales comes into being, what are you going to do in re the Tafia? After all, as we all know, WAG is run by and for the Valleys and Cardiff and this won't change. So how about the Democratic Republic of Dyfed? But, then, you Cardis are pretty tight and that lot in Pembs are a bit 'English', so that means we'll have to have the State of Carmarthen - which voted to leave the EU and likes being in the UK... that'll leave just you and Pembs lot, and I'm not sure they'll fancy the deal. So the Republic of Ceredigion it is! Hang on, I've a lot of friends and family there who like being Welsh, and British, so they'd not vote for it. Hmm... unless you are going to impose this 'freedom' on everyone else, it boils down to sunny Tregaron then... ever seen Passport to Pimlico?
Meanwhile, back in the real world... I hear there will be a vote in the Commons anon...
Usually, but I like the new version which is in reference to how much time they spend in pubs*.Tafia should have two Fs surely, two FFS
We should be one of the richest nations in the union after the industrial revolution that Wales was at the forefront of,but instead we find ourselves one of the poorest in Europe, don’t think that’s the EU’s fault. What assets has Wales got that will keep us afloat after independence ? Farming and fished fudgeed off thanks to the EU. Oil refineries and steel works fast disappearing. Can we survive on tourism alone ? Still, at least tariffs on English straw might help.
The best indicator of future behaviour is past behaviour. England will take our natural resourcesI wasn’t joking about the importance of WATER in/for Wales. It’s a huge asset which will only increase with population increases.
Which, translated from thicklish means 'I can't think of a decent come-back'.We should be one of the richest nations in the union after the industrial revolution that Wales was at the forefront of,but instead we find ourselves one of the poorest in Europe, don’t think that’s the EU’s fault.
Danllan your patronising post doesn’t warrant a reply. Luckily you don’t speak on behalf of Carms...
That's the point though, and sadly so in some ways, post mechanisation and bulk shipping there is no way a 2' seam 200+ feet down here in Wales could compete with a 20' seam just under the surface elsewhere, even in Australia.Plenty water in places like Cumbria. The UK hasn't had a proper drought since 1976. I don't think I'd like to rely on water as our great savior. We could re open our coal mines again, and pay ourselves sh!te wages to mine it and compete with world markets. Count me out though, I'll carry on producing food at sh!te prices. At least I get to spend some time sitting on a tractor. Better than bent double down a mine with pick & shovel.

While we are on that tack, discussing your thickness I mean, unless you are (and I think this very unlikely) an elected member for the County, the Assembly, Westminster or the EP, what claim have you to speak on behalf of Ceridigion, or even just Tregaron? Derrr!
Just a chap with a chip on his shoulder and a Twm Sion Cati complex really...
Gorau prinder, prinder geiriau…
oh damn.
It really did get to you when I pulled you up on using Latin phrases.
