Not that it would make any difference, I should think orange juice is so sugary and acid not much would survive in it.

If the cold fridges on the journey over doesn't kill them, then the crushing process will!
It's mostly fruit fly larvae, which thrive on the sugary acidity of oranges.
Don't ever think that orange juice is a vegan drink!

I rarely leave Lincolnshire yet alone go abroad. Last time I left England was 2008 for a trip to Middle East for work. So I am very blinkered. Yet seems lots folk holiday all around the world with gay abandon. I do wonder if they all take a fortnights pack up with them as all this foreign food is so sub standard I am amazed there is not an obligatory government health warning on all holiday brochures.
Never had an ounce of problem with food abroad, slways eaten well ,

When I were a lad and we took holidays abroad we were certainly told not to drink the water
come to new zealand then , your money is still worth more than ours . i often wonder what would have happened to kiwi land with out the brits ,at one point the brits were getting 3 dollars to the pound and it gave our last labour govt a big surplus . and the brits are still our biggest import
you can't drink the water in kiwi land any more , unless it is fresh rain water
