Time is now coming when our secondary spreader is going to the scrap yard.... so I need a new one. Then our current main one can be the secondary.

Currently run an axis 30.1 which has been faultless. And has no electrics apart from lights

I'd like more tank capacity on the next one and weigh cells would be nice. What would you all recommend ?

Look at Vicon. Very pleased with mine.

Same machine comes in different colours.

Kubota own Kverneland who own Vicon. Same spreader get badge engineered for each brand.

I bought a 2nd hand Vicon, but I'm told that for new the best deals are on the Kubota branded machines.

I think the weighcell machine saves you the most money edw but the geo does make it easy for operator and helps in the short runs (gares)whatever is local name

3 seasons done with my kv geo spread I've had 2 actuators replaced under warranty end of year 1 it was still working fine but put an error up every now and then.
Mine gets no special treatment it can be used for a week without seeing a hose got no complaints whatsoever and is far more accurate than previous spreaders.
I would definitely have another next time however the dealer has changed from being one that was useless to another that are worse so time will tell .

Actuators aren’t very common in going wrong
