What do you eat for lunch

Get rid of bread, work of the devil, I’ve been on packups what feels like my whole life, stodgy crap slows your stomach down making it work, this makes you tired and feel crap, the bread turns to glucose then your body has to fire loads of insulin to level your blood sugars, then you crash in a state of extreme hunger at 3pm as you blood sugars run low.
I have wraps, meat, fruit, lots to drink, most people are constantly dehydrated and only drink tea/coffee

Thought wraps were worse than bread ?

I quite like the tinned mackerel fillets on oatcakes.
Muesli in a Tupperware box that can act as a bowl.
Porridge pots.
Muller yogurts.
Grab yourself a cool box and throw a couple of freezer blocks in it. Nothing worse than a warm lunch that shouldn't be warm.

Don't knock it till you try it - tuna and cold baked beans (mixed up together, maybe a dollop of mayo). No need to keep chilled as tinned, good for you and extremely filling.

I will try this tomorrow.
Good food is wasted on me, eating to me is just another job to stop the hunger to get on with life. I’m never fussy, can’t stand picky eaters.
And I eat fast, twice over Xmas at restaurants they give us our meal, ask if we want any sauces etc and by the time they come back I’ve eaten mine and have to sit and watch the weirdos pick and chew and faff for 20 mins!
I recently had a egg, curry and ham in a bowl at a buffet, people think I’m mad, just scoff it and get on with life!

I do enjoy good food, I just don’t mess around
