Never been to Sweden but am told by those who have visited Stockholm is lovely in the late Spring. The Syndrome in particular.

Isn't it the fact that the clapper has been removed? The clapper weighs 4 cwt and to bring it back , hoist it up the 200 ft to the great bell and remove it again is where the prohibitive cost is.
