Here you go @TelesnaAg ,had the new feeder for the ewe rolls, certainly speeds the job up and because it’s mounted you can leave the cover off and don’t get lumps of mud flung in the hopper from the wheels.

Talking of being retired ( or unemployed - what’s the difference really ? )
I was in town today to deal with some legal matters, so had a late breakfast ( my favourite to meal to “eat out” - it seems so relaxed :) ), of my favourite meal at my favourite cafe.
Byron Brekky Bowl
Poached egg
Grilled halloumi
Chorizo
Mushrooms
Avocado
Brown rice
Quinoa
Kale
The flavour & texture combinations were just brilliant

Washed down with 2 pots of strong, black English Breakfast tea (y)

now that’s living

doesn’t get much better than that

Poached egg is fine.
Chorizo is fine (although questionable bowel repercussions if consumed first thing in the morning I would imagine) but the rest of that stuff is just...

f**king barbaric!

Breakfast cereal is just fine (unless one of us forgets to buy milk, then toast with strawberry jam is acceptable). Gotta keep these poor dairy farmers going!

Haha - you’re all very delicate aren’t you :ROFLMAO:

for the record, breakfast “cereal” is worse than cardboard, unless you are talking proper oats

Cereal for breakfast was invented by William Henry Kellog for religious reasons to stop folk eating meat for breakfast (which the 7th Day Adventists believed led to lewd thoughts and actions) but then I'm sure you all knew that.

Now, in most cases, breakfast cereals are full of ultra-processed ingredients, salt and sugar. :(

I aim to stop eating cereal completely except for porridge oats or plain bran.

My normal breakfast of choice at home is either
1) a cup of sh!t instant coffee or two & out the door

2) real oats - porridge in winter, or with cold milk & a handful of dried fruit or a banana in summer

3) the occasional fry up

I think I’d rather miss breakfast than have breakfast “cereals” or a piece of toast . . .

although, I find if I do eat breakfast I don’t need to worry about smoko or lunch through the day, apart from a tea or coffee

I love good food & have the ability to eat huge amounts, but then I also have no problem going without any for a day or two . . .

That’s good,I very rarely eat breakfast cereal, maybe once a year, generally either toast with beans/pate/egg/bacon etc. Or those fast porridge sachets in the microwave.

I’m never going to turn down a proper fry up, or elements there of, but that requires a certain amount of commitment and time to create, or a willing wife/live in caterer to cook it. I pointedly have none of these things, so musli (no nuts) it invariably is.

Going briefly back to everyone’s preferred drink a few pages ago, my old man sent me some of this stuff today - hell it certainly packs a punch. More of a whisky man myself but won’t say no to a tipple of pretty much anything - just a wee dram of this will do though I think!
After a bad night many moons ago with Captain Morgan, the best way I've been instructed to drink rum is 1/8-1/4 glass of rum, fill with ice and top off with lemonade!!!??
