To early to give Bravoxin 10?

Hi All,

A most fantastic friend of mine has offered to come farming tomorrow for some light relief and possibly entertainment, taking full advantage this :angelic: I'm planning to worm, bolus and bravoxin 10 all the breeding ewes. They're due to start first week of April and I'm wondering if it's too early to give the Bravoxin - vet said it would be OK but I wondered If anyone on here had any good, bad or indifferent experience of such a scenario.

Hope everyone's well, long may the prices keep rising

Read the datasheet...
Is can be administered between 8 and 2 weeks before parturition (birth).

If you start on 1st April, you're not at 8weeks yet... I get why you want to do them, but far too early IMO. I've only just done my early ewes which start on 1st March - won't do the rest, which start on 10-15th March, for another fortnight

Thanks Nithsdale Farmer - Yes I'd read the datasheet and sort of thought it was maybe too early yet - just looking to save another run through the race. The tail end 2nd cycle ewes could be well into May so the vax would be pointless for covering the lamb/s. Probably do them when there taken off the hill just before lambing.
