When I'm moving sheep to a linked holding, do I need to write down indvidual tag numbers for anything over 12 months? I always thought it was just the total number to record in the movement book.

TIA

That's what I thought I read, bloody job reading eartags once they're loaded under a deck,
Read them in the pens before their loaded under decks. Even though I’m only on linked holdings I tend to keep groups as their groups and then just cross off any tags when their sold/died and move them all in my own records but there’s no reason to send licenses off as their not over 10 mile and on my maps.

Wasn’t it changed a year or so ago, so that all individual IDs had to be recorded?

From the Gov website..... this is what I take to mean taking sheep away to rented winter keep.
