It's a great chemical topper, as the blurbs say it doesn't go into the root at all, even less if you chelate it with humates
I sprayed some acetic acid to try a 'succession cropping' experiment here, 5 weeks post application and the grass is coming back, and the clover never really left the building, perfect for what I wanted it to do. I put a tiny bit of salt in too just to annoy any slugs and help delay regeneration
Yes, could have used the same rate (c.250ml/ha of G360) but don't really like the idea of creating a resistance issue for no real reason.
My biggest question is why the hell would you put the word "roundup" anywhere near it, abit like labeling e-cigarettes as "smoke-free lung disease"

I wonder how they get away with this? I wonder whether Bayer forgot to trademark the brand name or something during the acquisition of Monsanto?

Anyway, what’s in it doesn’t matter, if it’s free I will have some please, and sell it to my neighbours; people like Baldrick and Selectamatic.
They will buy anything off me if I tell them it’s half price.
Baldrick handed over five grand for a Friesian bullock that I told him had sired several dams that gave 8,000 litres in their first lactation. And Selectamatic eagerly pulled out twenty big ones for a totally genuine and immaculate David Brown 880 Fordson Dexta that had been brush painted white with household emulsion. He even swallowed my sales pitch that the fact that the tyres were partly white made it even more valuable.

Seems you can't trust a brand name to do what you expect nowadays . I expect "roundup" to kill through to the roots but not now.
