Good evening on this lovely night, after recommendations of lease companies for a Nissan Navaro. Please don't turn it into my pickup is better than yours just after some reputable firms. Will just add already lease a car so know about the pros and cons. Thanks in advance

A big negative in my experience is that at the end of the lease the leasing company goes over the vehicle very thoroughly looking for scratches and dents and penalises heavily for them.
I wouldn't consider leasing/contract hire for a work vehicle (I now prefer to run a secondhand hilux) but would consider it for a private vehicle.

Mine is on lease purchase. At the end of the term I have to sell it
It’s condition will be reflected in the sale return

Having leased 5 cars and 5 pickups over the last 12 years we have never once been shafted when handing them back. Excess charges for mileage are common of course but that’s about it. Yes they check them over as you’d expect but fair wear is allowed. On cars you’ll have fair wear around a boot area for example where bags are lifted in and out, so scratches are fine. Pickups are even more lax and we’ve handed back some in poor states in the loadbeds and interiors. On one pickup which was £205/month plus vat for a 3 yr lease it had a £400 charge for 4 dents. £400 was nothing seeing that it had covered 50k miles and had a total lease cost of £7380 over the 3 years we had it. Don’t believe all the stories about big charges after leasing. It’s not what we’ve found with various lease companies such as Arval,
