The World Trade Organization (WTO) is the only global international organization dealing with the rules of trade between nations. At its heart are the WTO agreements, negotiated and signed by the bulk of the world’s trading nations and ratified in their parliaments.

not just made up by one person then but negotiated and signed by most countries of the world.
its a deal
and it seems quite easy to enter in to

WTO is not a deal. They are a set of rules of trade between nations, nothing more.In the last few years, they have become increasingly difficult to enforce.

This is where Boris is playing us, Boris would have us believe the UK won’t agree to alignment with our biggest market whilst knowing “we”, not government, will have to align ourselves if we wish to access a market. And all the while he will allow others to supply us without aligning with our standards to access our market.
Why is Gove not out there doing the fastest deal ever,It look like begging for the last week rather than dealing.

Boris and Co have a free pass in that any Brexit related ill effects to the economy, can be now be blamed squarely on virus contagion for the foreseeable future.
What's the latest news from Brussels about states standing shoulder to shoulder to fight this thing?
Is Germany helping Italy in its moment of need, or is it hoarding its resources for its own needs, whilst China sends Italy thousands of iron lungs etc?
This will be the end of the EU.

A bit like remainers blaming any bad news on Brexit before we had even left.
Not much mention of the glorious EU at the moment, seems to be every country for itself when the sh1t hits the fan.

Tbf, rather uncharted era. Every man for himself etc.
I'm not blaming Brexiteers for Covid 19, but its a convenient, if unwelcome, smokescreen?

europa.eu is far more informative than the vague, laissez-faire approach of Bunter's government. ('I visited a hospital with ..er, er.. several infected people and I shook hands with everyone' )

Just watched lovely Leo making his perfectly reasonable announcement about closing the ROI's schools etc. in Washington D.C., and was very surprised to note the absence of an EU flag next to his own country's... not seen that before.

So everything seems to be being cancelled or delayed, and Brexit been well and truly pushed aside, cant be any talks going on at all currently.
Should we...…well you know...….just kick it down the road a little more
