When will it get to the stage you will have to prove that you are a farmer and have a need to be out.

Should Slipper farmers who rent their land out and have a few sheep be allowed out?

Arable farmers who have contractor farming agreements?
If you have one sheep or 1000, you as the keeper are responsible for their welfare.
I won't go in to full details but as a supplier I was amazed to get a phone call from the RPA yesterday about a third party query on a small capital grant . War footing yeh right

We are in self isolation and daughter is collecting all "shopping" for us. She's got our holding number if asked. I have never been so prepared for lambing with still three weeks to go. I even booked the fox killer yesterday - think he was shocked - it's usually a panic measure!

Some areas already having police stops to check why they are out and about - no proof required yet but a lot of supply chain employees being given letters on company notepaper to say why their travel is essential. eg my nephew keeps sewage treatment works running, he has one.

I do, not many real farmers don‘t I suspect

it goes from positive to negative through the year, it’s trading capital basically not hardcore borrowing , Even if I had spare cash the cost of money is so low I would invest any capital in places I can get far better return that cost of borrowing
I must be one of the not many then, there is an overdraft facility on the account but I have never used it
