If anyone knows where I can get these I would be very grateful, similar issues to OP on Combi with TM 155 had the new hub done on mine and now it's fine but the other tractor is playing up. Brand new shaft. Oops, ignore that answer is in the thread.

Mind me asking what it cost for new bits? Collar is £327

Do you know if this is a genuine NH fix?? And has any body got the part number if it is?
I'm buggered if I can find it listed on the NH parts website, local dealers have no idea about it either.

I've a TM 140 that the stub has come out a couple of times and I'm looking for a fix. We never need to swap the shaft anyway so something semi permanent would be ok .
Shes leaking oil there, not sure if its the stub O ring or the whole shaft seal, so might try and get everything sorted at the same time.

I had the same issue with a 7840, the stub came out but it cracked the hollow shaft that the stub slides into, leaked oil after that and the stub was a loose fit so ended up fitting in a new internal shaft, wasn't that bad a job.

They told me it was a genuine cnh part on the phone but yes does seem odd how people don't know about it.

Have one of these collars on my TM 175.
Was on there when I bought the tractor years ago, always wondered was it a new holland part. Would love another one as mine is starting to break up internally now.

Thanks for that, looks a fair job.
Ive looked under little TMs and T 7 so far and cant find it on the parts site.
Will try big TM too after Dereks post.

Odd that we all have had bother and hardly any dealers have heard of a genuine nh fix. :scratchhead:

Sure they said on phone it was designed for a tm. Won't fit the "new" t7 but will fit older t7 whatever new means

Priced up today. The shaft the stub and circlip and all goes into is about £60 more than the collar so will prob head down that route when we get a day to strip it out as the seal could do with being changed

Had this on our TM155 with Kuhn PH on, as you say it did it several times in a row. New circlip didn't help, dealer said it was either strip back end down and fit new hub, as it is the groove that the circlip sits in that wears, or buy a kit from them, can't remember the name of it, but your dealer will as this is a common occurrence apparently. It uses three wedges that lock in using three allen studs in each. This locks the stub in and works absolutely fine, it just takes 15 minutes to change between 540 and 1000 ends, which is fine if you don't need to very often.
Hello, I have the same problem with my New Holland TM155 and I don’t want to fit a new hub, what kind of kit are your tooking about?
Looking forward to your response!
Thank You

Hi get the retainer kit got 2 fitted on a tm 155 and a t7.210 they are not cheep but do work they can’t come out as you bolt a hardend Collor in the grove had one on the t7 for at least 4 years no problem
The only thing that you may need to have the pto stub machined as some of the newer ones are slightly different shape where the collor fits tm ones should be ok if it’s original
Hello can you please tell me what is the name of the kit or a photo because I be called my dealer and he never heard about this kit

I posted the dealer and pictures earlier in thread. I ended up going in and changing the parts. Was less than 2hrs to get hitch off and pto pack off, all the parts were 500 ish and the collar was 375 and it's done properly now. Used all spring with no problems plus we could do the seals at the same time that were weeping
