I've finally swapped mf 80 loader to an unmolested one, with the proper tilt linkage.

Its missing some pins out of the linkage, can I make some out of standard mild steel, or do they need to hardened?

I'm currently putting an 880 loader onto a 4wd MF690 (seemed like a good idea at the time!) & have lifted the front end up using mild steel pins on the linkages in order to get it together & checked out, but obviously being soft they will gouge fairly easily so will be replaced with En24 later on.

cat 3 toplink pins would be 32mm or 1-1/4".
they wouldnt be the hardest but would suffice for a 80 loader.
En24 otherwise imo.
Thanks, it won't be flat out everyday, just light use. Gotta be better than hand balling 4 stringer into the back of the pickup.

I'll vat some ordered [emoji106][emoji106]
