News that catering trade re-opening will help as they will all need to re-stock.....

Hopefully

They have been already that’s what caused most of the lift in the beef price. Big operators are about restocked hence the price levelling. I was told Dunbia had dropped the price this week, can anyone confirm? Smaller scale trade historically used a lot of imported, not sure about supply of that atm, that might keep the trade supported if supplies are tight

Likes of McD will have already restocked but pubs and restaurants have only had the nod for 4th July opening today so surely that will help?

Double load too follow a bad trade, 1/2 too follow a good one. (Unless inside information suggests otherwise... [emoji16][emoji6])

So do we follow a good trade and send next week because caterers should in theory be stocking up on meat so lamb should hold or atleast rise next week or is next week a Big Dipper because everybody’s going too send???
