My employers son is also keen to do his test before harvest as we could use his help and it would be handy if he could drive on the road. Dont think he had a test booked before all the lockdown started but trying to book one as a key worker is proving difficult, whether he will get one in the next 6 weeks or not I don't know, I can't imagine tractor tests are at the top of there list even if they are 'key workers', the will have a backlog of all test types to sort out.

I rang the DVSA, not sure what number I used, and tried to get him booked in as a critical worker which did not work as he has not been registered as one. None the less she did book him in and we had notification within days of test. I think the DVSA booking line is 03002001122 but not sure if that is the number I used.
Yes me! Took in the early 70's on a nuffield with a non-synchro box, Failed because didn't change down gear approaching a junction!!!
