Just under 50mm here, but heard reports of 150+. Your 160 tops everything.
I may be a bit out my cousin a mile across the fields from me recorded over 140mm so we may have had what he had or we may have had the 160mm we made it. Dads house was on the verge of flooding which is something we've never had happen before.

We caught the tail of a storm this afternoon, it was just enough to make the seed stick to the spreading plates but again another cousin two villages away had 27mm in half an hour......rum ole weather!!!!

It was a lovely sunny day here in sunny Essex, the straw was too wet to even flip over so lets go muckspreading....

Things going well until I got back to the heap for load number 8.

a full half inch in the 10 minutes it takes me to get rid of a load, abandoned ship at that point.

Back to doubling (or more) the value of the cultivator I found in the bushes the other week. The yard had dried by then.

So pleased this didn’t end up in the “what I f***d up today“ thread. 1 of the clamp seals on the back actor was leaking so it had to come off for access.

Granny and sucking eggs here niw maybe but you do know that there’s usually a procedure for tightening them clamp bolts back? On Volvo BLs it was a certain torque, wait sonething like 30 minutes, another torque and a final angle tighten. On another note we’ve had to do the two slew rams on our NH in last 18months!!
