Claas tera trac

How long have these been out? I’ve only just seen them

2 years at a guess. By all accounts quite a beast. Had a hour on one last harvest at a local farm who was demoing one against their 400hp challenger. It pulled better than the challenger and was using less fuel on the cab monitor. I never did find out if that was the case against the measured pump though. There was still scrubbing on headland turns but not as bad as the challenger. A far smoother ride though which for me was the main point as we’ve had challengers in the past and that was our main issue.
The concern with the claas would be resale value as all their other tractors seem to loose lots compared to other brands.

Headland turning looks fun ,,they look like they are crabbing to get round , the track system looks out of proportion to the front tyres ,,I'm sure the drive rollers were designed by lego

Headland turns are fine in it, it automatically applies the brakes to the inside trac unit during the turn.
