I am looking at changing two rear tyres on my MF390 16.9 x 38, we don't do very much road work and I am not sure wether to put Radials or Crossply on!
Any thoughts and suggestions of preferred makes etc, greatly received.

We put a full set of Klebers on our 5455. Done about a thousand hours since on a lot of road work and hardly any ware at all. Had a pair of verdisteins on the front before that and ended up part exing them as the ware was terrible.

Ceat is a really good cheap option now to rival the likes of BKT etc and just available via TFF Farm Marketplace, worth checking out and would welcome any feedback on them / prices, please

I would fit linglong radials. Cheaper than ceat I think and seem good to us. Having said that we oy have them on a mf 35 with standard size and another set of 540/65r28 for the 135. Will happily fit them to any of the bigger tractors.

As said most radials would be better than crossply. Linglong seem to be getting plentyful around here in a market that has plenty budget range to chose from.

I would rather wear a pair off as the break my heart at 50% and need changed

Used any Ceat tyres?

Or on commission for items sold through FMP?

off course FMP takes a commission, its not a charity !

I was asking for feedback on prices etc. They are new to the UK. and look like a good budget option to me ???

They are currently exclusively only available through the farm marketplace vendor

Interesting they used to do a lot of budget car and van tyres but not seen them around of late.

I bought a set of CEAT 650s for a 6920 mainly for roadwork 2yrs ago and they are fine. I have flotations for when I need them so don’t need anything fancy. From memory they were £40/tyre cheaper than bkt and came with a 7 year warranty sourced from my local tyre man.
