Breaking the law

That's because contrary to popular belief boris is a Liberal Conservative. And state aid is the only option many countries will have in the post corona World.

I also notice a lot of legal folk getting very concerned about clause 45 in the Internal Marketing Bill. This if passed could give the government the ability to overrule any domestic or international law they don't happen to like or may interfere with their plans. This is along the lines of Hitler's 1933 Enabling Act which also transferred state legal powers to the government. Lets hope the Parliament or the Lords consign this power grab to the the bin.

The following have effect notwithstanding any relevant international or domestic law with which they may be incompatible or inconsistent—

In this section— “relevant international or domestic law” includes—
(a) any provision of the Northern Ireland Protocol;
(b) any other provision of the EU withdrawal agreement;
(c) any other EU law or international law;
(d) any provision of the European Communities Act 1972;
(e) any provision of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (f) any retained EU law or relevant separation agreement law;
(g) any other legislation, convention or rule of international or domestic law whatsoever, including any order, judgment or decision of the European Court or of any other court or tribunal; “relevant separation agreement law” has the meaning given by section 7C(3) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. PART 6

Is Iraq is the “Illegal” threshold under which your ok with us to break the law?

Things working perfectly it should be the case that everyone works within the law.

Unfortunately Brexit has many sides working against each other deliberately to create chaos .. I don't think it correct to be pig headed and force the general public to lose out to prove some weird point.

Westminster is there to work for the people of the UK. If that means breaking a bad treaty to do so then that is fine by me. I'm totally uninterested in what anyone else thinks.

In 2017 Micheal Gove publicly talked about agreeing a deal with the EU and then just reneging on it, as well as tearing up the Good Friday agreement if necessary. They have history, and as you say Cummings sticky finger prints all over it.
This is the key to it for me. Boris negotiates a deal, then a few months later goes back on his word. But that's alright because he's Boris and the rules don't apply to him. He totally lacks moral fibre, as a review of his personal life will attest.

So if one of the biggest lawbreaking liars this country has seen doesnt like what boris is doing ,carry on boris
If tony bliar starts preaching about the wrongs of it boris must be doing something right
Major is a fine co-partner the way he obtained the approval to sign the Maastricht treaty by devious means and both sidestepped the need to hold a referendum on the fact that they were gifting sovereignty to other powers. A bigger pair of traitors would be hard to find.

Doesn’t matter who says Boris is breaking the law, in this illegal move, which is as much about taking back devolve power to London as anything else. What matters more than anything is that he IS breaking the law and he IS totally undermining brand Britain as a reliable trade partner.
In fact hard core GLOBAL Britain Brexiteers should be out for his blood, specifically for the latter.
Internally on TFF though, the backing and justification argued by the forums self appointed legal expert for this nonsense, highlights perhaps why he is far removed from the levers of the legal order. Damn good thing too I say, damn good thing.
Remember, wordy drivel generously sprinkled with bold text, underlined text and italics, is still drivel. Masquerading as technical analysis though it be, it’s still plain old fashioned drivel.

The race card again! Lefties are constantly labeled as wallflowers by the right! I observe a cross pollination going on here. I see fields of wallflowers blooming healthily in the right wing fields. Poor right wing wallflowers, unable to cope with ANY alternative view, without reaching for the “racist” card. Have a lie down! You probably won’t be any better afterwards, but at least you won’t be getting any excuse to be “offended” in the meantime.
When you get up, have a BBC rant! It’s the default “feel better” thing to do for a right wing wallflowers.

The very fact he now appears to have ditched Carrie Symonds as soon as she has had his offspring and taken up with some Russian woman, (a Putin plant maybe?) says it all. But in any event he should be castrated, then he may at least concentrate on trying to run the country. :banghead:

Castrating him, would be to cut off his brains! It’s the only part of his anatomy he thinks with!

🤣🤣🤣🤣. Distracted. I was weighing six month calves at the time. Nice dollop of EU money to be collected just for faffing around on a Sunday morning. Well pleased with the AWDG too I might add. Now for a good cholesterol brekkie. A man needs to keep the energy levels up, in order to keep collecting the easy money!
