Been a few years since I applied for planning and at the time I had plans draw for a house, can anyone tell me what's the minimum I need to apply for outline planning for a bungalow, I have a couple of plots in mind to sell and would need outline planning on them

Do you mean the minimum amount of information in the application? All you need is the location for outline I believe
Yes that's what I mean, I would rather leave the house plan to the purchaser of the site, all I want to do is apply for 2 bungalows/1.5 storey houses to built in keeping with the local area

Just an accurate plan to the right scale is all you need to apply, however they are likely to want a tree survey if there are any, and surveys for gcnewts if you have any nearby pools, yada yada yada.......

For outline you can choose as much or as little information, all depends on how much control over the final design. You may wish to just apply for the bulk and mass (units and storeys basically) plus access arrangements if that affects you. Then leave design and landscaping to the purchaser.
You will need to do the surveys such as FRA's, Ecology and Trees for outline.
