I've got one, absolutely brilliant and yet to have any issues, the buttons and screen are for putting into float, turning boom suspension on/off, auto shake on the bucket and a variety of other things. Very comfy once your used to it

We have one. Loader would have done 6k hours on tractor now. Rubber nipple worn off on loader controls. Not everyones cup of tea. On new tractor we just got same loader plumbed in through mid mounts. So can just use joystick for front linkage to control loader.

Same as Chae , we had it on a tractor but changed it to mid mount set up when we renewed the tractor, we found it moved about too much when going for it in rough fields.

It works well overall but sometimes the rubber over the joystick gets caught down the side which can be annoying as it stops you moving it till you realise. The little screen and buttons are for selecting third service, hydraulic unlocking and changing loader movement speed etc. A few minutes on it and you will feel at home.
