yesHi all.
I'm thinking about going down the auto steer route on my Case Puma. Is RTK Range point good enough for drilling. I don't want to end up with gaps and overlaps. I can do that on my own. Thanks in advance.
Do you mean RTX Rangepoint?Hi all.

Yes sorry I did mean RTX Range pointDo you mean RTX Rangepoint?
It is on a 3m combi. Thanks for your help.Depends on your drill. On 3metre combi it is definitely good enough, on my trailed drill it takes a lot more setting up as it is 7 metres long! But definitely better than I can drive the trailed drill manually.
Watch the signal strength go from RTX green to amber next step is a downgrade to GNSS where its not as accurate! I find the autosteer stays in but it wanders off line.Just watch the trees, signal and auto steer will drop out.
Is your drill isobus? Think isobus normally calculates all that itself.Depends on your drill. On 3metre combi it is definitely good enough, on my trailed drill it takes a lot more setting up as it is 7 metres long! But definitely better than I can drive the trailed drill manually.
No the drill is not. Isobus. Thanks for the help.Is your drill isobus? Think isobus normally calculates all that itself.
