Camgrain are good. You just have to shout have a meltdown. Cry on the phone and load up all your tonnage from 12am to 6am and it’s all good. If your a farm who has only 300 tonnes with them after 30 years your last on the list. Not me. But someone if spoken too.

And the ‘shrinkage’
It’s a con (Imo for legal reasons) I can bloody nearly build a store for the buy in cost. That store will be mine to do with as I wish, ie rent out and build another
It’s pretty pointless getting into all this again. It’s been done on enough threads.
You can not compare the cost of putting up a shed to the facilities ran by farmer owned co-ops.

I can and I will compare as I would be no better off this year using central storage. 95% of crops gone of farm and apart from the odd £3-5 claim for protein no problems. It’s not hard unless you believe and buy into the hype.
Simple question, could you sell your space tomorrow for at or near what you paid for it?

No. Pyramid scheme, can only sell space via the group, who have no intention of doing that!

S/h storage has no tax relief so is less.
All of this stuff was gone through on a thread not that long ago. I think it’s fairly pointless to waste mine and yours time going through it all again. I don’t think either of us will change our mind.

You don’t have to waste your time if you don’t want!

Can you sell your own grain bins for what they cost ? A shed for industrial use perhaps but many dont want others on their farms.
Horses for courses, it suits many farms to have CS and most are expanding.
It's a personal choice I couldnt care less what others do for their reasons not sure why those against it are so certain they know others reasons for doing something different

Why not invest in the best storage in the country, that will last generations and future proof all your requirements AND sling up basic sheds On farm to rent out and use for industrial use. Best of both worlds and I know quite a few doing that.
