Jcb 310 pivot bushen

Has anyone changed this bushen. Any pics. Once the drop box is out does the bush go in from inside or outside. I think I can do this with out undoing all hyd pipes???. Told it's a 2k job. Weve rebushed a matbo before. It's on standby for feeding so no big rush on completing the job

These are the same

Will have to split it in 2 then, as i recall from reading the service book as you push it apart the front has to come up slightly too?

I would think it'll not be an easy job as a first timer and on farm? i think i priced parts for a TM300 years ago and was over £1k just in bushes? so £2k to do the whole job sounds about right?

I would think the pins are worn as I always find on our JcbS the bushes and harder then the pin.

Agreed - the knuckle pin is usually worn as well as the bushes.

There was an article in the FW regards 2nd hand TM's and to be aware of the cost to do the joint when it needs doing.
