SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!

FW PLANT

Absolute fraudsters......
-NO ADDRESS
-ALL THE PICTURES ARE TAKEN AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS
-THEY ASK FOR A LARGE DEPOSIT
-TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICES
-THEY WONT SEND DOCS OR OTHER PICTURES
-PHOTOSHOPPED LORRY AND OFFICE (including logo on the wall and lorry out of the window)
-SEE BELOW: They are using other people’s pictures. This one is a tractor sold at auction in KANSAS USA!!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!!!
Do not pay them a deposit, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR.
Test them by asking for a viewing.
They’ll blame coronavirus restrictions and you won’t get a viewing.

The fraud squad know where they are and are close to making arrests in conjunction with Interpol
Their site will be down soon. Until then
don’t become a victim.

thank you so much - you just saved me £8k!

Hi all. Just registered here to worn you.
Thanks God I did plenty of investigation before to pay and I didn't. A lot of facts looked excellent about company, but few facts, pictures and facts in our conversation by mail, made me to be careful. Was asking a lot of questions, got answers to few, was asking a warehouse address and got only city - Plymouth, what is pretty far from London where is their office. Office is just a family house. And I got unbelievable delivery quote to Latvia, it was 520gbp for one 2T excavator and then 690gbp for a 1T excavator and micro excavator, which is a way too low. He says that he takes only gas and ferry expenses, but there is a question - WHY? We are not a family members... Why to do so?
Was checked through "Checkcompany", "companieshouse.gov.uk and some different *******.gov.uk sites. All looks trustable.

I think this site is very suspicious, because of low prices, minimum information on the page, no Private policy, voice mail on the phone and more.
Please notice, that I MIGHT be wrong and don't say THEY ARE!!!

www.bluesky-plant.co.uk

Please replay me if somebody are familiar with this company or even made a deal with them, because they work from 2014. They had Cedar Plant LTD before this company. Director and owner is Mr. Mahmoud Tanar

For the moment he don't answer to my mails for two days, where I said that I'm ready to go to the warehouse to meet him and to see excavators. Was asking for invoice too.
What else made me suspisious, that in feedback section was only 5 feedbacks and one was from Latvia... But the name and surname wasn't usual for a serious person. And what is more suspicious for now, this feedback is still there but without sign with name, surname and my country. And more - he told me that two previous excavators are sold I was interested in, but they still are on the site. Why change feedback section instead of updating list of machinery...

www.plant-machinery-ltd.com

Contestan al correo [email protected]
Y su director es:
Mr.James William Maughan

Sorry !!! It is the first time that I write in this forum and I do not know if I have done it correctly.

My question is if the machinery sales page that claims to be in the United Kingdom is reliable, since it has very low prices and makes one suspect, they ask for a transfer of the total ...

They reply to the email [email protected]
And its director is:

Hi !
I need some help here please. A family member living in France bought two tractors from England online in May 2020 , having viewed them on a company's website. The invoice showed a genuine company name and address but their genuine bank details.
Soon after my cousin's payment of 10,000 Euros, the scammer's website went down and the email address (which is only slightly different to the name of the legit Co.) was put up as an alert on the web.
Too late!
He has been trying to get a refund from his bank in France all this time , but they have denied liability. After all they only had to check the IBAN was correct for the purpose of the transfer of the funds, in my opinion. What do you suppose are the chances of holding HSBC Birmingham responsible for opening an account to fraudsters and of reclaiming the money from them ?
There is also a possibility of furthering the case in France, but we need to prove the case by showing the discrepancy between the correct bank account of the legit firm in UK and that of the scammers.
How can we get around this ?
Your advice is much appreciated.
Dean

My full-time job is recovery of stolen funds associated with authorised push payment fraud. The money is recovered from banks, usually once it has been demonstrated that money laundering and/or payment services regulations were breached.
I’ve been approached by the BBC with regard to a programme feature currently being made about farmers who have fallen victim to online vehicle fraud, probably non-existent tractors but also other plant and machinery used on farms. If you are a victim and paid by bank transfer please get in touch. Can’t promise anything but this kind of publicity often leads to full refunds so that the bank in question saves face.
Any loss incurred after 2014 qualifies for an investigation.
This is my first post.

Hi Jack.
I need some help here please. A family member living in France bought two tractors from England online in May 2020 , having viewed them on a company's website. The invoice showed a genuine company name and address but the bank details we now know were those of the scammers (although a look at companies house accounts for the LTD, shows the company in 2019 declared £0.5Mln debts and assets of only £50k. Could the genuine company have run the scam itself ? ).

Soon after my cousin's payment of nearly 10,000 Euros, the scammer's website went down and the email address (which is only slightly different to the name of the legit Co.) was put up as an alert on the web.
