Soil's not difficult to hit.
Our OSR is foot tall with complete leaf cover (drilled and 4kg/ha). I’m a bit concerned that I’m not going to hit any soil!

We have some similar land to that of Morley and grow similar crops. Back in the good old days when it was £60 a year my father based our agronomy on their research. Out of our league now!

i'm using third rate astrokerb and topping up the propyzamide to full rate
only really got thistles which it seems to kill very easily
astrokerb at full rate is too expensive imo

Astrokerb twists groundsel up but doesn’t kill the bigger plants. A good thick crop will smother it before it gets too much seed out. Belkar is a waste of time if groundsel is bigger than cotyledon stage when you apply it.
