I used to have a similar looking topper, It always puzzled me why they designed a machine which had metal sheet under all the framework and not on top, or above and below? Having the sheet under the frame means that there are then several 'compartments' created which collect water/mud/grass/crap which won't easily drain away and probably cause the sheet to rust prematurely.

Wheel bearing went on the way home from market and lost the hub cap .
Fortunately a Ritchey marker lid is just the same size......
...I think it looks rather trendy - I think I might knock the rest off and put a different colour on each wheel

This one's a bit more of an engineering bodge.....
The old Parmiter bale unroller has been chewing at a shaft....
In fact it's nearly chewed it off
Couldn't find a bit of pipe/bar the same size to stick on it to re-fit the bearing.
However, a broken 1" A/F Draper 1/2" square drive socket was a dead fit for the bearing but a touch too long ....
Cut it to length............
......the square centred it perfectly on the shaft
Welded it on...
'Turned' it down with the angle grinder...
.. ..and whacked the bearing back on....
Job's a good 'un

not plastic but using scrap all the same , empty 40 gal drum used to make an hydraulic oil tank / reservoir for 90 lpm pto pump for the logsplitter, ......
big capacity means the oil is never hot.
....and decent speed splitting
complete with a return filter on top (needs tidying up a bit ) bit of inner tube as a gasket
