Not sure
Often wonder with stolen sheep for slaughter what if these animals had been treated with wormer etc with a long withdrawal how dangerous would it be for the consumer (might be inocent and ignorant of where it came from or not)
I guess if they don't worry about stealing they don't fret about who eats it
Why do you think you get the sh*ts when you have a kebab or curry?

From google:

The Doner Kebab is also called a donair, döner or donner kebab. Many believe that this brown coloured, spit-roasted, thinly sliced meat, is primarily made from processed lamb meat with some seasoning. However, the meat used for making doner kebab meat may be lamb, beef, veal or chicken but not pork.”

I was always told that it was mainly mutton and calves by “Turkish” in KingKebab 👍🏻
Love a good kebab 😁

Kebab used to be essential at the end of a big night/day on the sauce. Haven't had one since the year 10BC (before children) and don't think I've ever been brave enough to eat one sober, god they tasted good inebriated though.

Local calf supplier / dealer regularly takes Bobby slaughter calves to a plant that takes the hind quarters off , marinades them in mint garlic etc..... stickes it on a spit that stands upright and bingo ........
