What sort of figure would you be looking at/expecting to cover this per acre?? Just going through the lease and think they are trying to lift my leg.
Site would be pile driven and two access tracks plus hardstanding for bat storage, I know it's a how long is a piece of string question but interested to know what others have in place, size 88ac

Yes, I thought slightly more. Have an option of getting a 3rd party in to give opinion, so will plump that route

Just get them to hand it over in good working order when the lease is over. It will be generating £10 -12K at todays figures per acre. Whats to not like ?

Fixed decommissioning costs could be peanuts if inflation sets in . A working solar farm will always cover inflation. But whatever you do, dont get left with a heap of dead lead acid batteries

That wouldn't even get the welfare facilities on site.
£10million, might get closer.
I would negotiate that they leave it there in working order as an option if you so choose.
