If I’ve read that right, is 23psi the lowest I can go then?
Probably.
According to Google your 629 weighs 6.3t so 1.575t per tyre, and is on 460/70R24 as standard
So you can go down to 23psi (1.6 bar).

Depends what your carrying on machine but I wouldn't worry about going to 10psi for a one off going slowly. Done this before to clear up after hedgelaying. Run at 25psi normally as don't lift much heavy stuff.

Need a good frosty morning before I'd be taking manitou on the lawn! Would depend on how much and high you are lifting it.

Just lifting one person in mancage 6 metres. Should be -4 tonight, only problem is grass is long and insulates the ground. -2 last night and ground under grass still soft.

Yes on 460/70R24. Can’t I go lower than 23psi say 15psi just as a one of?

I would think you could go lower as a one off BUT it may not mean less mess. The sidewalls may cut in more due to the middle of the tyre not taking it's share of the weight.
Personally I'd put boards down. It will be very rocky even at 23psi.

I would lower the tyres to the teens to save the lawn damage, but I wouldn’t want to be the one in the cage at 6m as it will rock sideways on the tyres. Alternatively could you reinflate them on boards to do the lifting operation.
