Where is military tank expert?

There is or was someone who posted messages in this section and knows all about military tanks.. I said sometime ago that a tank was coming up for sale in a marriage break up,
I have just found out in the last couple of days is still available but there are conflicting reports to the value . I don't know what it is yet but I do know it's a non runner so moving it will be interesting .
If and it's a very big if I do buy it the only way I can think of moving it is jack it up on heavy sleepers and make a frame or chassis underneath and fit axle

So the question your asking is who is the forum tank expert? Or how should I move it? The whole thing sounds ridiculous, you dont move a tank by lifting it up and building a chassis with an axle under it to go on public roads!! You pay a proper haulier to do the job correctly. I would also say there aren't many people buying a tank that dont even know what it is they are planning to buy!! Quite a difference between a smallish APC and something like a Challenger One MBT!

Sounds like there could be a second divorce if you get it, after shooting to fame in the local rag for doing 75mph on a Dexter getting pushed down hill, and after getting stopped in your tracks by the police, just to see get off the seat with brown stinking stuff running out of you camouflage pants, shouting "hail mussolini" followed by "is the war over yet? "

I have yet to see the tank, all I know it's a non runner and if it cannot be towed the only way I can think of moving it so it can be loaded onto lorry is by jacking it up to put suitable
Frame underneath and fit axle , I have been welding since 1975 , I have engine driven 200 amp arc welder and
I can weld vertical and overhead
