It's like the tread cap hasn't bonded to the carcass. All four tyres are the same. I'm unsure whether it's strictly a tyre issue or has something to do with it being solely run on concrete.
It's certainly not going to pass it's loler test

Late 2016 made tyres 17 plate loader, moving wood chip and chirping the tyres when pushing into a solid heap?
What pressures are you running?

Nope, no chirping of tyres. This telehandler hasnt driven in a straight line in 4 years. the wheels are constanly turning in the confines of the shed. Tbh its not the wear thats the issue, thats just part and parcel of the game, its the splitting thats concerning.

Tyres are at 35PSI, thats what they were when we bought it from dealer with brand new tyres.

Just looks like the stresses of constantly turning on the spot on concrete has broken down the side wall. You'd be much better off with industrial (none cleated tread) tyres for that type of work. Easier to turn on the spot too so less stress on loader steering etc.

Doubt bkt will be interested, probably say not used as intended purpose

That was my thoughts. The splitting is on the outside of the tyre, the inside is unaffected.

That explains the tyre choice then, MRL's (they're not branded BKT, different Indian companies) are cheap as chips.
