To me this summed up perfectly why differing standards yet equal commodity prices don’t work. It made me think of farm assurance and cross compliance also, something which aids this trend at every level and is not helping the situation.

Sadly I don’t think ELMS will make a jot of difference having seen the limited proposals so far.

He writes some good stuff that bloke and he is into the environment but sees it from both sides.
